I’m Gary, cyclist, hiker, climber as well as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutritional Counselor, and all around fitness junkie and foodie. When I am not doing a workout or enjoying the mountains on a bike or in a pair of boots, I am cooking, writing or taking pictures of what I have cooked and also where I have enjoyed some great food that inspired me.
